This is a celebration that places emphasis on the mom. We will shower them in love and empowerment as they enter this new time in their lives.

As a postpartum doula, I will be there to act as another non-medical set of hands to help with your new bundle of joy. I will provide you with information to help with things you may be unfamiliar with and be a listening ear for emotional support for your family.

The benefits of Belly Binding include:

• Stabilizes loose ligaments

Appointments I will accompany you to:

-Pre-Op appointments for reproductive procedures

I will accompany you to your procedure for:

• Hysterectomy

• Cesarean Section

• Cervical Biopsy

• Myomectomy

• Ectopic Tubal Removal

• Tubal Ligation

• Polypectomy

And any other procedure involving the reproductive system. If you are looking to have a support system and advocate during any of these procedures, I will be there to support you.

Once you book with me, you will receive detailed instructions on how your placenta should be cared for before I arrive, according to your birth location's protocols. Depending on your birth location, I will require a certain protocol be followed.

We will go over the different methods for encapsulation and I will give information to help you decide which is best for you.

If I am not booked as your doula, I will give instructions as to how to contact me to ensure timely and safe pickup of your placenta.

Once your placenta is safe with me, I transport it to be processed following proper storage and transportation procedures.

In most cases, I start your placenta as soon as I get to my designated workspace. If for any reason there is a delay, I store your placenta properly in a space specifically for placentas.

All of my items used to prepare your placenta are either single use items and if they are multi-use they are thoroughly sanitized prior to their use. My workspace is sanitized thoroughly, and any single use items are discarded after each use.

To ensure I provide your placenta with the proper care and attention it deserves , I only encapsulate one placenta at a time.
